5 Week Beginners Throwing Course
A five-week beginners throwing course taught by Louis.
Fridays 10am to 12.30pm
Starting January 15th 2027 running consecutively till February 12th
A gentle introduction to making pots on the wheel. You will be guided in the process of learning to centre the clay and progress onto creating simple functional forms such as dishes, bowls and cups.
Using soft easy to throw stoneware clay you will have the option to use slips to colour your pieces or glaze them on the final session of the course.
This is a very small class - 5 students max.
